Initiate Your Return

Contact our customer service team with your order number and the specific hardware items you wish to return to receive a Return Authorization (RA) number.

Pack Securely

Place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all screws and mounting components are included to prevent damage during transit.

Label and Ship

Clearly mark the RA number on the outside of your package and ship it back to our warehouse using a trackable carrier of your choice.

Receive Your Refund

Once our team inspects the returned hardware, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
